Warranty information for a specific unit can be found on "The Power Portal." This can be done by using the unit in questions serial number in the "Model Search." After searching the units serial number the page will then show if/when the unit was registered, the factory warranty period of that unit, as well as any current service bulletins.
To file a warranty claim we will be using the "The Power Portal" eclaim system. We have also put the link to the Ferris "How to" video which gives step by step instructions.
