The service team here at CADCo have created a Google forms-based contact/ pre-authorization form to help stream line communication. This form will help cut down on the need for phone calls by asking all of the necessary questions we need to properly proceed. This will give us time to get you the answers you need or prepare an authorization code without having you spend time tied up on the phone.
