Welcome to the CADCo Service page!

We are here to provide Technical Support, Training and a Knowledge Source to help your business be successful. Our goal is to provide expedient and appropriate solutions through in-house specialists and connections with manufacturers. We strive to have a good communication channel for information to and from our manufacturing partners.

We subscribe to the strategy that training is the key to superior service support. Training is provided both online and in-person from our manufacturing partners and select in-house events. We partner with industry organizations and participate in events that benefit our Technical Service Support to you!

This all starts with our relationship with you, our trading partner! We strive to strengthen that and solicit service expectations through media, group meetings and in-person visits.  While we are not perfect, we strive to “be there for you” when you need us!

ABOUT US

Jeff Barrows – Technical Service Manager

Jeff was hired as Service Manager in March of 2021. Jeff has over 40 years of experience in the outdoor power equipment industry from managing a dealership and owning a small parts distributor to territory manager, service/education and sales management at an OPE warehouse distributor representing Briggs & Stratton and other brands. He believes in strong customer service, coaching style of education and attributes his success to building relationships with customers. Jeff resides in Palmer Twp., PA with his wife of 30 years. He has 4 children, and a granddaughter. Jeff enjoys teaching and singing at his church where he is also Trustee board chairman. Hobbies include bowling, technical audio production and is a member of Grace Notes Gospel Big Band. “We want to provide outstanding service, driving knowledge & ability to improve your bottom line”.

Nick Hall – Senior Service Associate and Fleet Manager

Nick was hired as a Warehouse Associate in 2018. Nick quickly transitioned into our service department due to him being a certified mechanic and gearhead. Nick has many years of landscape experience with a local DPW and private landscape company which used many of the commercial lines we carry today. Nick also has 10+ years of sales and customer service experience across multiple fields. Nick resides in Washington Twp., NJ with his wife and son. Nick enjoys turning wrenches on his many projects, including his restoration project of a classic Ford pickup.
